Refund policy

7-day refund

If Semu is not right for you, write to support@semuai.com within 7 days of your purchase, from the email address of your account, and we will refund you in full.

Refunds are paid by Dodo Payments to the card or method you paid with. It can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

After 7 days, purchases are not refundable. This includes when Semu changes, when a feature stops working because Canva, Google Chrome or an AI website changed, and when Semu is discontinued, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

After a refund

A refund ends your lifetime access. Your books stay yours, in your Canva account.
