What you also need

  • Chrome on a computer

Semu is a Chrome extension. It does not run on phones or tablets.

  • A ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok account

Semu uses your own account. How many pictures you can make each day depends on that plan's limits.

  • A Canva account

You can start with a free account. Some of Canva's own tools, such as its image upscaler, need a paid Canva plan.

  • An Amazon KDP account

Free to open. You upload your finished book there yourself.

  • Pay once

$26 one time. No monthly fee, no yearly renewal.

  • No credits

Pictures and text are made in your own AI account, so we have no AI bill to pass on to you.

  • No book limit

Make as many books as you like. Only your AI plan's own limits apply.

  • Money back

Not right for you? Write to us within 7 days of buying for a full refund.

About the price

Can I try it before I buy?

Yes. Add Semu to Chrome, sign in, and you can make 20 pictures and 20 picture edits for free. No card needed. When you are ready, buy once and the limit is gone.

Why is there only one plan?

Because there is nothing to meter. Semu does not pay for your pictures, your own AI account does, so every author gets everything for the same price.

What does “lifetime” mean?

You pay once and keep using Semu for as long as it runs. There is nothing to renew.

Is anything else included in the price?

No. Your AI, Canva and KDP accounts are your own, with their own plans and prices. Semu adds nothing to those bills.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. If Semu is not right for you, write to us within 7 days of buying, from your account's email address, and we refund you in full.

Does Semu take a share of my book sales?

No. Your book is yours, and so is every royalty.
